About Ali Kempson

I am an independent career coach, based in Wantage, South Oxfordshire, UK. Face-to-face one-to-one sessions are either held in Wantage or at the WellBeing Clinic in Botley, Oxford.

I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in a range of companies from blue-chip multinationals to small consultancies. The environments I have worked in vary from manufacturing to government service to management development.

I have developed an in-depth understanding of the career change process through my own experiences and by drawing on models from the counselling and personal development fields.

My qualifications include a Certificate in Counselling, a Diploma in Learning and Development and BA honours degree in Engineering. The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is my professional organisation – I abide by their Code of Professional Conduct.
